Pledge of Allegiance: Damiane Roberts. Mayor McKinley read the Mayor's Proclamation for Martin Luther King's Birthday and presented it to Martha Nash and Mrs. Ada Tredwell. 88628 - Moved by Dowie, seconded by Miller that the Agenda, as amended for the Regular Session of January 13, 1986 at 7:00 p.m., be accepted and approved. Motion carried. 88629 - Moved by Miller, seconded by Angel that the Minutes of the Regular Session held January 6, 1986, at 7:00 p.m. and the Minutes of the Organizational Meetings held January 2, 1986, at 11:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., be approved. HEARINGS 88630 - Prior to the beginning of this hearing, City Attorney Hugh Field stated that he is checking with the State Ethics Committee for a determination as to Whether or not Ke can represent the City on the issuance of Industrial Development Revenue Bonds as well as the applicant. Therefore, he directed any questions regarding this issuance to Chamber Executive, Jim Lawrence, and specific questions regarding bonding to Assistant City Attorney Bill Sueppel. Moved by Miller, seconded by Wright that proof of publication of notice of public hearing on issuance of Industrial Revenue Bonds not to exceed $350,000 to Waterloo Chamber of Commerce Project, 211 E.
