Pledge of Allegiance by: Jim Curran, Building Official. 89239 - Moved by Seeber, seconded by Wright that the Agenda, as amended for the Regular Session of May 27, 1986 at 7:00 p.m., be accepted and approved. Motion carried. HEARINGS 89240 - Moved by Wright, seconded by Dowie that proof of publication of notice of public hearing to sell City -owned property (utilized by the Waterloo Water Works) to the Iowa Department of Transportation in conjunction with the Relocated U.S. 2.18 Project, as published in the Waterloo Courier on May 20, 1986 be received and placed on file. Motion carried. 89241 - HOLD HEARING --This being the time and place for public hearing the Mayor called for written and oral objections and there were none. Moved by Wright, seconded by Seeber that "Resolution authorizing the sale and conveyance of above property", be adopted. Ayes: Severe.
