RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1010
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PREPARATION AND
EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED TO LEE
PUBLICATIONS, INC. D/B/A WATERLOO -CEDAR FALLS
COURIER IN CONJUNCTION WITH CONVEYING A SMALL
5' STRIP OF LAND GENERALLY LOCATED WITHIN THE
500 BLOCK OF COMMERCIAL STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Quit Claim Deed dated October 17, 2011, conveying a
small 5' strip of land generally located within the 500 block of
Commercial Street to Lee Publications, Inc. d/b/a Waterloo -Cedar
Falls Courier, described as follows:
The Northwesterly 5 feet of the Southeasterly 25 feet
of Lot No. 13 in Mill Square in the Village (now City)
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County and State of Iowa,
subject to easements of record;
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 2011.
