RESOLUTION NO. 2017-164
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 23, 2017 AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 27, 2017, FOR FY 2017 LIFT
STATIONS MOWING, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., as submitted
by Treatment Operations, Supervisor Waste Management Services, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 27th day of March, 2017, to
approve preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc. and setting date of bid opening
as March 23, 2017, for FY 2017 Lift Station Mowing .
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of March 2017.
