RESOLUTION NO. 2017-167
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND BID DOCUMENTS AND SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENINGS AS MARCH 23, 2017 AND DATE
OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 27, 2017 FOR THE 2017
RIGHT OF WAY MOWING CONTRACT AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications and bid documents, as submitted by
Leisure Services Director, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of March, 2017, to
approve preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, and setting date of bid opening
as March 23, 2017, for the 2017 Right of Way Mowing Contract.
Section 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6t'day of March 2017.
