RESOLUTION NO. 2017-172
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY
17/18 COMPLAINT MOWING
WITH COMPLAINT SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT.
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Waterloo Iowa heretofore instructed the
City Attorney of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 17/18 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, and
WHEREAS, said City Attorney did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the FY 17/18 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract,
and
WHEREAS, aublic hearing, u notice was held on March 6 2017.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 17/18 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of March 2017.
