RESOLUTION NO. 2017-173
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 17/18 COMPLAINT MOWING
WITH COMPLAINT SNOW REMOVAL CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-172, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 17/18 Complaint Mowing with Complaint Snow Removal Contract, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public
hearing on March 6, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of March 2017.
