RESOLUTION NO. 2017-174
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2017 CIPP PIPELINING PHASE
IIIA, CONTRACT NO. 919.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Treatment Operations Supervisor, Waste Management Services of said city to prepare and file
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 CIPP Pipelining
Phase IIIA, Contract No. 919, and
WHEREAS, said Treatment Operations Supervisor, Waste Management Services did file
said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 CIPP
Pipelining Phase IIIA, Contract No. 919, and
WHEREAS, aublic hearing, u notice was held p g, on p don March 6 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that said file1
pans, specifications, form of contract, etc. in conjunction
with the FY 2017 CIPP Pipelining Phase IIIA, Contract No. 919 is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March 2017.
