RESOLUTION NO. 2017-189
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR 312 GLENDALE STREET, CERTIFICATE
565, IN THE AMOUNT OF $587.20, AND AUTHORIZE CITY
CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER
OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the following assessment be hereby abated:
312 Glendale Street
Parcel No. 8912-30-333-014
North Fifty (50) feet of Lot No. Nine (9) in Block No. Two (2), excepting
the East Eight and Forty-five Hundredths (8.45) feet thereof reserved for
alley purposes in "Bighmey's Out Lots" in Waterloo, Iowa, Black Hawk
County, State of Iowa.
Assessment- $587.20
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be, and the same hereby cancelled
and the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said
cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March 2017.
