RESOLUTION NO. 2017-190
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 SITE GRADING FOR
NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK, CONTRACT NO. 926.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Site Grading for Northeast Industrial Park, Contract No. 926, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the FY 2017 Site Grading for Northeast Industrial Park, Contract No. 926,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice,was held on March 16,2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2017 Site Grading for Northeast Industrial Park, Contract No. 926 is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13'' day of March 2017.
