RESOLUTION NO. 2017-191
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE FY
2017 SITE GRADING FOR NORTHEAST INDUSTRIAL PARK,
CONTRACT NO. 926.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-190, approval of the plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Site Grading for Northeast Industrial Park,
Contract No. 926, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
March 13,2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March 2017.
