RESOLUTION NO. 2017-193
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM FOR A NET INCREASE OF $157,500.00,
FOR THE FY 2017 PHASE IIIA CIPP LINING PROJECT AND
FY 2017 PHASE IIIB REMEDIAL ACTIONS DESIGN AND
BIDDING SERVICES PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 919.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1, dated March 13, 2017, at a cost of $157,500.00, for
construction related services, for the FY 2017 Phase IIIA CIPP Lining Project and FY 2017
Phase HIB Remedial Actions Design and Bidding Services Project, Contract No. 919, by and
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March 2017.
