RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1055
RESOLUTION APPROVING WAIVER AND RELEASE OF
REVERSIONARY INTEREST WITH NCN, LIMITED
COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
WAIVER AND RELEASE BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the waiver and release of reversionary interest releasing
the Development Agreement dated September 7, 2004 and recorded
January 26, 2005 in Document #2005.17851 for Unit No. 10 in the
former Winterbottom building located at 25 Commercial Street, by
and between NCN, Limited Company of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
