RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1084
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 21, 2011, for Revitalize Iowa's
Sound Economy (RISE) Program grant in the amount of $448,898.00,
with 50 percent required city match, for the construction of a
903' segment of Geraldine Road near the Waterloo Regional
Airport, by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 2011.
