RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1087
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY OF WATERLOO
ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDED
JUNE 30, 2011 AND AUTIHORIZING SUBMITTAL TO
THE AUDITOR OF THE STATE OF IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Annual Financial Report of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa for Fiscal Year Ended June 30, 2011, as required by Iowa
Code 384.22, be and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and the same
hereby directed to publish and transmit said report to the
Auditor of the State of Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of November, 2011.
