RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1114
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY STORY CONSTRUCTION CO. OF AMES, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2010 E. SIXTH
STREET STORM PUMP STATION, CONTRACT NO. 716,
AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Story Construction Co. of Ames, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $719,737.00 in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2010 E. Sixth Street Storm Pump
Station, Contract No. 716, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December, 2011.
