ORDINANCE NO. 5086
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2008 TRAFFIC CODE
BY ENACTING A NEW SECTION 571B, NO PARKING
7:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. DURING SCHOOL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
That a new Sec. 571B, No Parking 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.
During School, of the 2008 Traffic Code, is hereby enacted in as
follows:
SEC. 571B. NO PARKING 7:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. DURING SCHOOL.
When signs are erected in each block, or portion thereof,
giving notice, no person shall park a vehicle between the hours
of 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday during school
within the district and upon any of the streets or portions
thereof as named herein:
