SMITH RECORDER F11e2017-00016856 RESOLUTION NO. 2017-142 RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF WATERLOO AND REED PROPERTIES, LLC FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 10,000 SQUARE FOOT COMMERCIAL BUILDING, WITH A MINIMUM ASSESSED VALUE OF $900,000, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO SIGN AND FULLY EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development Agreement, dated February 20, 2017, between the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and Reed Properties, LLC for the development of a 10,000 square foot commercial building, with a minimum assessed value of $900,000, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
