RESOLUTION AWARDING BID TO BILL COLWELL FORD
OF HUDSON, IOWA FOR THE PURCHASE OF SIX (6)
POLICE PATROL VEHICLES, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$162,612.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Bill Colwell Ford of Hudson, Iowa, in the amount of $162,612.00, in
conjunction with the Purchase of six (6) Police patrol vehicles, described in the. specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2017-50, after public
hearing on January 23,2017 on published notice required by law,be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6h day of February 2017.
