Moved by Welper seconded by Schmitt that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes: Two.
Motion carried.
Moved by Welper seconded by Schmitt that request by Tim Moyer to purchase a City owned
property, located at 1330 Scott Avenue, for $28,000, with development agreement, be approved.
Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Council, it was moved by Welper seconded by Schmitt that
the meeting be adjourned at 4:42 p.m. Ayes: Two. Motion carried.
