RESOLUTION NO. 2017-183
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY2018 BUDGET WITH A
TOTAL TAX LEVY RATE OF $17.60061 AND PROPERTY
TAX ASKINGS IN THE AMOUNT OF $41,102,529.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the annual budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2018, as set forth in the
Budget Summary Certificate in the detailed budget in support thereof showing the revenue
estimates and appropriation, expenditures and allocations to programs for said fiscal year is
adopted, with a levy rate of$17.60061 and total property tax askings of$41,102,529.00, and the
City Clerk is directed to make the filings required by law and to set up her books in accordance
with the summary and details as adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9t' day of March, 2017, by the following vote: Ayes:
Four. Nays: Two (Morrissey, Schmitt).
