The Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Organizational Meeting at City Hall
Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:00 p.m., on Wednesday, January 4, 2006. Mayor
Timothy J. Hurley in the Chair. Roll Call: Kincaid, Welper, Gunderson, Getty, Cole,
Schmitt. Absent: Greenwood.

that the Agenda, as proposed, for the Organizational Meeting on Wednesday,
January 4, 2006, at 5:00 p.m., be accepted and approved. Ayes: Six. Absent:
Greenwood. Motion carried.

that the Oaths of Office of the Mayor and City Council Members be received and
placed on file. Ayes: Six. Absent: Greenwood. Motion carried.

that the recommendation of Council Members to reappoint Nancy Eckert as City
Clerk be received, placed on file and approved. Ayes: Six. Absent: Greenwood.

of Reggie Schmitt as Mayor Pro Tem be received, placed on file and approved.
