RESOLUTION NO. 2016-314 RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMANENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH MEMBERS CEDAR ENTERPRISES, LLC, FOR $1,830.00 LOCATED AT 549 CENTER STREET, IN RELATION TO THE FY 2016 STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 906. WHEREAS, the Permanent Easement Agreement, dated April 25, 2016, of the hereinafter described parcel is to allow for the city to construct, inspect,maintain, repair, operate, and remove certain drainage and utility improvements to 549 Center Street, property owned by Members Cedar Enterprises, LLC, in relation to the FY 2016 Storm Sewer Improvements project, Contract No. 906. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Permanent Easement Agreement between Members Cedar Enterprises, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of$1,830.00, for the hereinafter described parcel, all of which is situated in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, State of Iowa, is accepted and approved: DESCRIPTION: PERMANENT EASEMENT AN EASEMENT FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OVER, UNDER AND ACROSS THE EAST 20 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 8, RICKER AND BRATNOBER LAND COMPANY ADDITION, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, STATE OF IOWA, CONTAD41NG APPROXIMATELY 2,440 SQUARE FEET.
