Our current civil service hiring list expires in August of 2017. We would like
to start the lengthy process of creating a new certified list. We do have
confirmed retirements in FY 2018.

WFR Battalion Chief Marty Freshwater is retiring May 17th and this request
to appoint is due to his retirement. Our current civil service hiring list expires
in August and we do have a well qualified candidate we would like hire.
