RESOLUTION NO. 2017-234
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT ETC., AND
SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 20, 2017 AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 24, 2017 FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) AUTOMATED SIDE-LOAD
GARBAGE TRUCK AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 24th day of April, 2017, to
approve preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. and setting date of bid opening
as April 20, 2017, for the purchase of one (1) automated side-load garbage truck.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
