RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK FOR $300.00 FROM NEW STAR, 315 FLETCHER
AVENUE, WATERLOO, IOWA 50701, FOR SALE OF
TOBACCO TO MINOR VIOLATION-FIRST OFFENSE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement, dated April 3, 2017, for the affirmative defense sale
of tobacco to a minor violation, between New Star, 315 Fletcher Avenue, Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby.approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
