RESOLUTION NO. 2017-240
RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
FOR 3652 BURTON AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $164.97,
AND AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK
COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for 3652 Burton Avenue, in the amount of $164.97 be, and the same is
hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against these amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
