RESOLUTION NO. 2017-242
RESOLUTION APPROVING ABATEMENT OF ASSESSMENT
FOR PARCEL NUMBER 8913-23-477-006 IN THE AMOUNT
OF $400.00, AND AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY
BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessment for parcel number 8913-23-477-006, located at 225 E. 1St Street and 128
Lafayette Street, in the amount of$400.00 be, and the same is hereby abated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessments are hereby cancelled, along with any
penalty and interest accumulated against these amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to
notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
