RESOLUTION NO. 2017-244
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2017 SPRING STUMP REMOVAL
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Forester of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2017 Spring Stump Removal Project, and
WHEREAS, said City Forester did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2017 Spring Stump Removal Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice,was held on April 3, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the 2017 Spring Stump Removal Project is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
