RESOLUTION NO. 2017-246
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
DOCUMENTS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 18 POLICE VEHICLE
EQUIPMENT NEEDS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Chief of Police of said city to prepare and file bid documents, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Police vehicle equipment needs, and
WHEREAS, said Chief of Police did file said bid documents, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Police vehicle equipment needs, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice,was held on April 3, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
18 Police vehicle equipment needs is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
