RESOLUTION NO. 2017-247
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 18 POLICE VEHICLE EQUIPMENT
NEEDS.
WHEREAS b Resolution No. 2017-246 bid documents form of contract,ntract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2018 Police vehicle equipment needs, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on April 3, 2017 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
