RESOLUTION NO. 2017-249
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION REPLACEMENT OF FUEL PUMP
DISPENSERS AT THE CITY FUEL DISTRIBUTION SITE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the replacement of fuel pump dispensers at the City fuel distribution site, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the replacement of fuel pump dispensers at the City fuel
distribution site, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice,was held on April 3, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the replacement of fuel pump dispensers at the City fuel distribution site is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
