RESOLUTION AWARDING BID IN THE AMOUNT OF
$126,847 TO ALTEC INDUSTRIES OF CREEDMOOR, NORTH
CAROLINA, FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) AERIAL
BOOM TRUCK TO SUPPORT TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT
OPERATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA:
That the bid of Altec Industries of Creedmoor, North Carolina, for the purchase of one (1)
aerial boom truck, to support Traffic Department operations, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said purchase with Resolution No. 2017-226, after public
hearing on March 27,2017 on published notice required by law,be and is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
