RESOLUTION NO. 2017-250
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH REPLACEMENT OF FUEL PUMP
DISPENSERS AT THE CITY FUEL DISTRIBUTION SITE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-249, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the replacement of fuel pump dispensers at the City fuel distribution site, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on April 3, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
