RESOLUTION NO. 2017-255
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL
CONTROL SERVICES BETWEEN THE UNIVERSITY OF
NORTHERN IOWA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
AND THE CITY OF WATERLOO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,IOWA,that the
Animal Control Services Agreement dated April 3, 2017, between the University of Northern Iowa
Department of Public Safety and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for animal control services is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf
of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April 2017.
