RESOLUTION NO. 2017-226
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) AERIAL
BOOM TRUCK FOR THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) aerial boom truck for the Traffic Department, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) aerial boom truck for the Traffic
Department, and
WHEREAS a public hearing, upon notice was held on March 27 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the purchase of one (1) aerial boom truck for the Traffic Department is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March 2017.
