RESOLUTION NO. 2017-227
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) AERIAL
BOOM TRUCK FOR THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-226, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the purchase of one (1) aerial boom truck for the Traffic Department, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing
on March 27, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March 2017.
