RESOLUTION NO. 2017-259
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT
ETC., AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 27,
2017 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS MAY 1, 2017 FOR
THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) SALT BRINE BLENDER AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 1St day of May, 2017, to
approve preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. and setting date of bid opening
as April 27, 2017, for the purchase of one (1) salt brine blender.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April 2017.
