RESOLUTION NO. 2017-260
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT
ETC., AND SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 20,
2017 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 24, 2017
FOR THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) COMPACT PICKUP
TRUCKS FOR THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND
INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 20, day of April, 2017, to
approve preliminary specifications, bid document, etc. and setting date of bid opening as April
20, 2017, for the purchase of two (2) compact pickup trucks for the Engineering Department.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10''day of April 2017.
