RESOLUTION NO. 2017-263
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2017 STREET RECONSTRUCTION
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 921.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2017 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 921, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the FY 2017 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 921, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on April 10, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2017 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 921, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10ffi day of April 2017.
