RESOLUTION NO. 2017-264
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 STREET
RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 921.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-263, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 921, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
April 10, 2017 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April 2017.
