RESOLUTION NO. 2017-268
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 4 WITH AECOM OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $115,000.00, FOR
CONSTRUCTION RELATED SERVICES FOR THE FY
2017 4TH STREET BRIDGE CANOPY REPAIRS, CONTRACT
NO. 910, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 4 dated April 10, 2017 in an amount not to exceed $115,000.00,
for construction related services for the FY 2017 4th Street Bridge Canopy Repairs, Contract No.
910, by and between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April 2017.
