RESOLUTION NO. 2017-269
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY ROGER
KALSEM FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF KALSEM'S
SECOND ADDITION, A 90 LOT RESIDENTIAL
SUBDIVISION, LOCATED TO THE SOUTH OF E. SHAULIS
ROAD, EAST OF HIGHWAY 218, AND EAST OF 3308 BAY
BERRY DRIVE.
WHEREAS, on this 10d' day of April 2017, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of Kalsem's Second Addition, an 88 single family
home and nine twin home residential subdivision, located south of E. Shaulis Road, east of
Highway,218 and east of 3308 Bay Berry Drive, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
Iowa,was presented for approval, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by
the City of Waterloo City Planning,Programming and Zoning Commission on March 7,2017, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO,IOWA,the preliminary plat of Kalsem's Second Addition,an 88 single family home
and nine twin home residential subdivision, located south of E. Shaulis Road, east of Highway 218
and east of 3308 Bay Berry Drive, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of April 2017.
