RESOLUTION NO. 2017-204 RESOLUTION RE-SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 30, 2017 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS APRIL 3, 2017 FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF FUEL PUMP DISPENSERS AT THE CITY FUEL DISTRIBUTION SITE AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in Harold E. Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of April, 2017, to approve plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., preliminarily approved by the City Council on February 27, 2017, and re-setting date of bid opening as March 30, 2017, previously scheduled for March 16, 2017, for the replacement of fuel pump dispensers at the City fuel distribution site. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March 2017.
