RESOLUTION NO. 2017-205
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2017 HIGHLAND PARK
PLAYGROUND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Highland Park Playground Project, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2017 Highland Park Playground Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on March 20, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2017 Highland Park Playground Project, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March 2017.
