RESOLUTION NO. 2017-206
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2017 HIGHLAND PARK
PLAYGROUND PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2017-205, plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Highland Park Playground Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on March 20, 2017 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of March 2017.
