OPENING OF BIDS
All proposals received will be opened in
the First Floor Conference Room at City
Hall,in the City of Waterloo,Iowa,on the
25th day of May,2017 at 1:00 p.m.,and
the proposals will be acted upon at such
later time and place as may then be fixed
by the City Council.
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed plans, specifications, form
of contract,and estimate of cost for the
construction of the above-described im-
provement project at 5:30 p.m.on the 5th I/ o
day of June,2017,said hearing to be held
in the Harold E.Getty Council Chambers
in City Hall in said City. The proposed Signed
plans, specifications, form of contract,
and estimate of cost for said improve-
ments heretofore prepared by City of
Waterloo are now on file in the office of
the City Clerk for public examination,and
any person interested therein may file
written objection thereto with the City Subscribed and sworn to before me this
