and Locke Avenue in Pleasant View
Addition in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
which adjoins Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 119
and 120 of said addition,City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County,Iowa.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
