I have reviewed this request and recommend its approval subject to the following provisions: 1. Work to be performed by an approved and bonded contractor. 2. A permit is to be obtained from the office of the City Engineer prior to construction. 3. All work shall be performed under the supervision of the City Engineer and at no cost to the City of Waterloo. $7.00 cash for the purpose of recording this waiver and a copy of the legal description have been provided to the City Clerk's office. To have the driveway constructed according to the specifications and policies of the City Engineer and under his supervision. 6. This waiver is for this property only.
