RESOLUTION NO. 2011-1129
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2012 BANDIT WOOD CHIPPER,
MODEL 199XP FOR LEISURE SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2011-1128, specifications, bid
document, etc. , in conjunction with the purchase of one (1) 2012
Bandit wood chipper, model 199xp for the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Leisure Services Department, have been approved and adopted by
this Council after the public hearing on December 12, 2011 as
prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and
it is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of December 2011 .
